Run the complete verification pipeline for HealthLink-HIS:

## Backend verification (in `healthlink-his-server/`):
1. `mvn clean compile -DskipTests` — compile check
2. `mvn install -DskipTests` — build and install
3. `mvn test` — run all unit tests

## Frontend verification (in `healthlink-his-ui/`):
1. `npm run build:dev` — build check
2. `npm run lint` — ESLint check
3. `npm run test:run` — Vitest unit tests

## Report format:
