Fix Bug #568: 修复门诊日结页面排版混乱 - 用HTML表格替代CSS Grid布局

根因：CSS Grid的auto-fit/minmax+span-2在不同容器宽度下列数不可预测，导致对齐混乱。
修复：用HTML<table>替代，表格天然保证列对齐，colspan处理跨越项。
