+**门诊挂号操作：**
+
+首先登录自己的用户账号，点击收费工作站后点击门诊挂号。
+

+接着进入到门诊挂号的页面
+

+
+若患者曾经无本院看病史，则点击新建按钮新增患者个人信息，输入完成后点击确定即可保存患者信息。示例如下：

+
+其中患者档案管理是登记过的患者信息：

+
+门诊挂号中，需要选择患者身份信息，同时根据具体情况填写费用性质、就诊科室、挂号类型、医生以及优先级，完成填写后点击保存挂号即可。

+
+挂号成功后会在当日已挂号处显示挂号患者信息，此外还可以通过在搜索框中查询当日已挂号的患者信息。

+若需退号，则点击对应患者的挂号的退号按钮取消挂号。

+门诊医生站操作：
+
+首先登录医生用户自己的账号，然后打开门诊医生工作站界面：

+打开门诊医生站后，会看到患者队列中有挂号的患者
+

+
+点击患者队列，可以看到有待诊、暂离以及完诊三种状态的患者。在患者队列中可以点击接诊填写病历。

+医生可以根据患者自述填写病历，完成后点击保存即可：
